The Instructors

We would like to introduce you to our main instructors that you will work with in class. Our instructors are friendly (don't let the pictures fool you), knowledgeable, and extremely motivating. We want you to become a comfortable part of our wonderful Fit-Unit team.

Dave WilliamsDavid Williams
Instructor
Before serving in the USMC, David competed in a variety of athletic activities including power lifting, track and field (six years straight), football and wrestling. Since leaving the USMC, David has maintained his fitness level through hobbies like mountain biking, hiking, spearfishing, and running. The "don't quit attitude" he aquired in the Marines inspires him to train others to develop this same mental toughness, training the mind, not just the body.
