Q: I am a little intimidated by this kind of class...should I be?
A: You should not be intimidated by this class. Although our class is challenging at times, it is also fun. You never have to compete against other students. This class is about you doing the best YOU can.
Q: I have not worked out in a long time, will I be able to keep up in this class?
A: Yes. Most of our new students are a little rusty or have been inactive for some amount of time. You are only competing against yourself so all we ask is that you do the best you can.
Q: What do I need to bring to my training sessions?
A: You will need to bring 24oz water, running shoes,2 - 10lb Dumbbells
(Women) or 2 - 15-20 lb Dumbbells (Men), towel or mat (optional),
layered clothing, and most importantly - A positive attitude.
Q: What can I expect when I show up to class?
A: In order to keep the class interesting you will never really know what we wil have in store for you. You can count on a good warm up, challenging yet fun workout, good cooldown.
Q: I have an injury that is agitated by exercise. Should I attend this class?
A: If you have any pre-existing injuries that may be agitated by high intensity exercise, we recommend you consult your doctor before starting. Common existing injuries that may be agitated are knee, ankle, wrist, elbow, spinal, and neck injuries.
