About Fit-Unit

If you are reading this message you have already taken the most important step in gaining control of your overall health and fitness well being. By signing up you will have identified yourself as someone who has made the decision to forsake mediocrity and strive for excellence.

At Fit-Unit we use time tested exercises and training methods to mold you into a modern day fitness warrior. We utilize techniques from both Marine Corps and Navy Seal Training Regiments as well as modern scientifically proven exercises. These techniques have been designed by top fitness professionals to help the elite military units become physically capable of performing their mission. But…don’t be intimidated. The difference between what you will be performing in class and what the Marines and Seals do is one of a degree, not of a kind. In simple terms,  the only difference is one of intensity. Each and every Marine and Seal starts on the basic level. How fit you become will be determined by your commitment to the program.

Our instructors are former Marines and fitness professionals. Through our training, research, dedication, and experience we are able to bring this military style training to the civilian population. We will be there every step of the way to ensure that you stay motivated, train hard, and achieve maximum results.
