Free Online Meal PlannerAll we require is your commitment, no excuses, and 100% effort, 2-4 times per week. If you can do this you will get in great shape and have fun doing it.

If you are ready for a challenging and fun exercise environment for all fitness levels then Fit-Unit�?� is for you. Our program is based on total body exercises using your own body weight. Our class focuses on safe, effective, body weight exercises that will give you a strong, lean body.

Our military style training refers to the method in which we will perform the exercises. Each student is treated with respect and dignity.

Just remember that it's not about your starting fitness level, rather the mentality you bring to class. Most of our students start this class as beginners in fitness.
